Country Director
CPA Ongudi brings his delightful personality and professional experience with him everyday they come in to work. Hesborn is a Sustainable Business growth Consultant, Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Energy and Sustainable Waste Management enthusiast.
Ongudi is the founding director of Fairways Green Markets Inc and has over 17 years’ experience in financial management, operations and administration in various sectors both private and public corporate settings.
He has experience in establishment and maintenance of sound financial, administrative and operational controls and systems that ensure accurate reporting and utilization of organizational resources, designing and implementation of systems of internal control, computerization of accounting and finance functions as well as experience in overseeing the day -to-day administrative and financial functions of a large office and budget.
Hesborn is skilled in problem solving, development and maintenance of strategic alliance with stakeholders, government and providers of specialized services such as legal and labor experts.
He has in the past provided leadership in risk management, change management and setting up of operational systems with extensive experience in business planning and analysis, development of complex budgets for funding proposals in collaboration with senior technical staff, boards and committees. He brings to the team an excellent leadership, teamwork, managerial, communication, interpersonal skills.
